Lancôme seeks a Beauty Advisor in Ürümqi to deliver personalized beauty consultations and service, build customer loyalty, achieve sales targets and support counter operations. The role is full-time and includes merchandising, cleaning, stocktaking, retail systems use and compliance with company policies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultations and an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty through 360-degree customer engagement.
- Work effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products and guide customers through product experiences.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely, considerate contact with customers.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold the brand image.
