The Lancôme Beauty Advisor in Tianjin provides expert brand and product advice, personalized beauty consultations and after-sales service while building customer loyalty and achieving sales targets. The role also supports counter operations, including displays, cleaning, inventory and asset security, and follows company policies. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and build customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
