Lancôme is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor in Shijiazhuang to provide personalised beauty consultations and customer care while meeting sales targets. The role also covers customer recruitment and loyalty, counter operations, product and market knowledge, and compliance; benefits include brand training, performance bonuses, insurance, company benefits, and paid annual and sick leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet the sales targets set by the company.
- Use appropriate sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalised experience that meets customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with department-store and shopping-mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty-market trends and competitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalised consultations, recommend suitable products and support customers in trying them.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales care; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers, demonstrating empathy and communication skills.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as product presentation, cleaning and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter property.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold the brand image.
