The Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme in Shanghai, delivering personalized beauty consultations and customer experiences while achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty. The role also covers counter operations, compliance, and collaboration with department-store staff. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet the sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers, and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely, considerate contact.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including display maintenance, cleaning, and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty devices, and digital tools.
- Follow company compliance policies and protect the brand image.
