Lancôme seeks a Beauty Advisor in Lishui to provide expert brand advice and personalised beauty experiences, achieve sales targets, build customer loyalty and support counter operations. The role is full-time and includes sales, customer relationship management, merchandising, inventory and compliance responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalised experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department-store and shopping-mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty-market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalised consultations, recommend suitable products and guide customers through product experiences.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact and engagement.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and inventory counts, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and protect the brand image.
