The Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme in Zhuhai, delivering expert, personalized beauty consultations and exceptional service while achieving sales targets, building customer loyalty, and supporting counter operations. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through a 360-degree approach, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and its categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact and engagement.
- Carry out daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold the brand image.
