The Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme in Zhangjiagang, providing expert beauty consultations, personalized product recommendations, customer relationship management and after-sales service while achieving sales targets. The role also supports counter operations, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend appropriate products, and support customers in trying them.
- Represent the brand through attentive service and after-sales support; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty devices, and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and regulations and uphold the brand image.
