The Lancôme Beauty Advisor in Yiwu provides expert beauty consultations, personalized product recommendations and customer care while achieving sales targets. The role also covers counter operations, merchandising, stocktaking, retail systems and brand compliance; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet company sales objectives.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and its categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.

- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
