The Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme in Wuhu, providing expert beauty consultations, personalised product experiences and after-sales service while meeting sales targets and supporting counter operations. The role is full-time and includes professional brand training, performance bonuses, statutory benefits, supplementary medical insurance, company benefits, and paid annual and sick leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an excellent customer experience to achieve sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalised experience that meets customer expectations.
- Manage customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Build effective working relationships with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Keep up to date with beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and its categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalised consultations, recommend suitable products and guide customers through product experiences.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales care; understand customer profiles and follow up with customers with empathy and effective communication.
- Carry out daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter property.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and protect the brand image.
