The Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme at its Ürümqi beauty counter, delivering expert, personalized consultations and customer experiences while meeting sales targets and building customer loyalty. The role also covers counter operations, customer care, product and market knowledge, and compliance with company policies. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand consultations and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Work effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and its categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend appropriate products, and support customers in trying them.
- Represent the brand through attentive service and after-sales care; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers, demonstrating empathy and communication skills.
- Carry out daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store or counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and protect the brand image.
