Lancôme seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor in Tongling to provide expert brand consultations, personalized product recommendations and an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets. The role also covers customer relationship building, counter operations, brand compliance and collaboration with department store staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand consultation and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers, and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers with product trials.
- Represent the brand through attentive service and after-sales care; understand customer profiles and follow up with customers in a timely, considerate manner.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Follow company compliance policies and uphold the brand image.
