Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend appropriate products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products and support customers in trying them.

- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold the brand image.
