The Beauty Advisor represents Lancôme in Shanghai, delivering personalized consultations and customer experiences while achieving sales targets, building customer loyalty, and supporting counter operations. The full-time role includes brand training, a performance bonus scheme, statutory social insurance and housing fund, supplementary medical insurance, company benefits, and paid annual and sick leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet the company's sales objectives.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department-store and shopping-mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty-market trends and competitors.
- Apply brand and category knowledge across skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend appropriate products, and guide customers through product experiences.
- Represent the brand through attentive service and after-sales support; understand customer profiles and maintain timely, considerate contact, using empathy and communication skills.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning, and inventory counts, and safeguard store or counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold the brand image.
