The Lancôme Beauty Advisor in Lanzhou provides expert, personalized beauty consultations, delivers an exceptional customer experience and achieves sales targets while developing customer loyalty and supporting counter operations. The role is full-time and includes brand-specific training, performance bonuses, statutory social insurance and housing fund, supplementary medical insurance, regular company benefits, and paid annual and sick leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultation and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Build effective working relationships with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Apply brand and category knowledge, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend appropriate products and support customers in trying products.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales support; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and protect the brand image.
