Lancôme seeks a Beauty Advisor in Jingmen to provide expert brand consultations, personalized beauty experiences, and after-sales care while achieving sales targets. The role also covers counter operations, stocktaking, merchandising, customer relationship management, and compliance. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Build and maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers, and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers in trying products.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and follow up with care and empathy.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and compliance requirements, and uphold the brand image.
