The Lancôme Beauty Advisor in Changji delivers expert brand and product consultations, personalized beauty experiences and after-sales care while meeting sales objectives and building customer loyalty. The role also supports counter operations, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and uses retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert brand consultation and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Maintain 360-degree customer relationships, recruit new customers and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products and guide customers through product experiences.
- Represent the brand through attentive service and after-sales care; understand customer profiles and follow up with customers in a timely and considerate manner.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, while safeguarding store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
