Lab Series seeks Global Product Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Temporary contract through March 2027 leading skincare launches and marketing strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own all skincare launches and programs across franchises, developing innovative 360° marketing strategies to strengthen brand differentiation
- Develop product portfolio aligned with strategic direction, focusing on APAC (particularly China) and North American markets, including hero products and fast-growing subcategories
- Manage end-to-end launch process from product concept through go-to-market strategies, centered on the consumer journey
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities and inform detailed product briefs with unique positioning
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive product development milestones and ensure timely program delivery
- Lead execution of launch strategies within designated budget and cost-of-goods targets, partnering with transversal teams on required formats
- Create consumer-insight-driven campaign concepts in partnership with Digital Consumer Marketing and Creative teams, emphasizing omnichannel and online-first approaches
- Monitor marketplace dynamics, competitor activities, consumer needs, and global trends; develop evidence-based recommendations to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Manage ad hoc projects including pricing analysis, subcategory assessments, and accelerated go-to-market programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of postgraduate professional experience in skincare or beauty marketing
- At least one prior role in Global Skincare Marketing or Product Development within the skincare or cosmetics industry
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end beauty product launches
- Proficiency in marketing-related work and concept writing with creative thinking capability
- Professional fluency in English and French (written and oral)
- Advanced computer literacy including Excel and PowerPoint

2–3 years of postgraduate professional experience, including at least one role in Global Skincare Marketing or Product Development within the skincare or cosmetics industry. Prior experience managing end-to-end beauty product launches is required.
