The Creative Production Project Manager leads creative campaigns and coordinates end-to-end production across channels, from photo and video shoots to CGI, while managing studio workflows, external partners and related administration. The role is based in Zurich and requires 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams, including Marketing, Digital, Social Media, Retail, Visual Merchandising and Communications, to align content strategy and execution.
- Coordinate studio deliverables and project timelines with the Process & Planning team.
- Supervise Art Directors and external freelancers during creative concept development, ensuring ideas align with visual excellence and the Brand’s image strategy.
- Manage end-to-end creative production for photo shoots, video productions and CGI projects, from briefing and planning through execution and feedback implementation.
- Coordinate post-production with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support the review, approval and adaptation of creative assets with relevant departments.
- Coordinate internal invoicing processes.
- Manage supplier invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Prepare contracts and oversee signature and approval processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners.
- Experience in the luxury or premium industry.
- Experience supervising CGI development.
- Experience in budget control, financial oversight and contract administration.
- Experience working across diverse, cross-functional and international environments.
