La Prairie is seeking an Account Manager to manage its Peter Jones counter in London, lead one Beauty Consultant and drive retail performance through sales plans, customer consultations, client recruitment and events. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the counter at Peter Jones in London and lead one Beauty Consultant.
- Achieve sales using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines.
- Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and counter.
- Attract customer traffic through new launches and marketing-focused promotions.
- Listen to customers and identify their needs.
- Invite every customer to sit down for a skincare consultation.
- Proactively organise external events to generate business.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked and products are displayed and stored in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Develop weekly business plans and maximise retail performance against targets.
- Serve existing clients and recruit new customers to the brand.
- Use the beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on- and off-counter events.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is desirable but not essential.
- Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
