La Prairie is seeking a Beauty Consultant for its Brown Thomas Dundrum counter in Dundrum on a permanent, part-time basis, working three days per week. The role combines luxury skincare advice and bespoke treatments with clienteling, relationship building and sales; benefits include a competitive commission scheme and a 5% employer pension contribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make informed business decisions aligned with La Prairie’s brand values and ambitions.
- Achieve sales objectives through client retention and new client acquisition, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and VIPs.
- Build strong business relationships across the store, particularly with Personal Shoppers, Concierges and other key partners.
- Maintain retail excellence, impeccable housekeeping and point-of-sale standards.
- Build client connections by understanding individual needs and fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proactively recommend tailored products and deliver a personalised one-to-one luxury experience.
- Engage clients and nurture relationships through La Prairie’s clienteling tools and systems.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge, conveying the brand’s heritage, scientific innovation and skincare benefits.
- Encourage and demonstrate product application at the counter and in the cabin.
- Use the treatment room to provide bespoke luxury facials and skincare treatments, enhancing the client experience and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong retail background with a track record of achieving results.

- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, client-centric service.

- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy desired.
