La Prairie is seeking a full-time Beauty Advisor at Douglas House of Beauty in Vienna, with an immediate start. The role combines personalised luxury skincare advice and express treatments with clienteling, CRM, target monitoring and visual merchandising; monthly gross pay follows the collective agreement, with above-agreement pay depending on qualifications and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent La Prairie, its values and its vision.
- Provide knowledgeable, professional advice to discerning local and international clients in person.
- Identify and understand clients’ needs through active listening.
- Explain and demonstrate products and application methods using La Prairie’s Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals.
- Treat clients to unique, luxurious express treatments.
- Communicate the brand story, innovative expertise and values through engaging storytelling.
- Build a loyal client base and actively nurture valuable client relationships.
- Carry out client-retention activities (CRM), and collect and maintain client data.
- Monitor progress toward targets continuously and liaise closely with counter and retail management.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for retail and the luxury sector.
- Several years of experience advising discerning clients in the luxury sector.
- Substantial sales experience with high-quality products or services, including building and maintaining corresponding client relationships.
- Strong focus on achieving quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Experience working with client-retention programmes.
- Professional, team-oriented and motivated personality.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Very good German; English and Russian are an advantage.
