La Mer is hiring a Skincare Advisor in Radom on a full-time temporary basis. The role combines client advising, sales, skincare and makeup consultations, long-term relationship building, and collaborative sales-target and salon-image responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and assist clients, sell products, provide skincare and makeup consultations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Build the salon’s image together with the team.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and the latest makeup trends.
- Interest in working with luxury brands.
- Enjoyment of speaking with people and making them smile.
- Enthusiasm for new experiences and a positive attitude.
- Sales experience or an interest in developing in sales.
- A cosmetology-related education is a strong asset.
- Makeup application experience or courses and training demonstrating makeup skills are an advantage.
