The Beauty Advisor combines make-up artistry and technical expertise to deliver welcoming, personalised customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time role at La Mer’s Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 location, with training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
