La Mer seeks a highly qualified Sales Associate and Makeup Artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized retail experience at the Shopping Iguatemi location in São Paulo. The role combines technical makeup expertise, product knowledge, and interpersonal skill to educate and enchant clientele while maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service experiences at the point of sale, educating clients on La Mer products and skincare expertise
- Execute makeup application services and consultations that reflect brand standards and elevate the client experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cohesive, high-performing sales environment and positive workplace culture
- Ensure visual merchandising displays consistently meet brand standards and competitive retail positioning
- Support in-store events and promotional initiatives to drive sales impact and brand visibility
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with brand positioning, seasonal collections, and skincare innovations
Qualifications
- Valuable experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Makeup certification and/or prior makeup artistry experience (preferred but not required; candidates with amateur makeup experience welcome with comprehensive training provided)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale management software and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities; capacity to foster positive working relationships

Experience
Valuable experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service environments, preferably within cosmetics or fragrance sectors.
