Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert make-up application services and personalized beauty consultations to customers in-store
- Deliver inspirational product education and demonstrations that enhance customer understanding and drive purchase decisions
- Participate actively in in-store events and promotional activities to create brand impact and achieve sales targets
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display to ensure competitive distinction in the retail environment

Qualifications
- Qualification in make-up artistry or verifiable previous retail make-up experience (or demonstrated amateur-level expertise with strong creative and technical foundation)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Demonstrated capacity to work retail hours flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Taiwan, with ability to provide proof of work authorization
Skills
Experience
Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcomed to apply. Any relevant experience in prestige beauty retail or luxury customer service is advantageous.
Education
Formal qualification in make-up artistry or cosmetology is desirable but not required; candidates with demonstrated creative expertise and technical ability will be considered.
