La Mer is seeking an Esthetician for an on-call/freelance role based in Chadstone, travelling across the CBD and eastern suburbs. The role combines beauty treatment sales, professional treatments and skin analysis with store operations, inventory management and customer relationship development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell beauty care treatments and support daily store operations and inventory management.
- Provide professional beauty care treatments and skin analyses tailored to customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships, follow up on customers’ after-sales experience and strengthen their loyalty to La Mer.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related beauty work experience.
- Retail experience with prestige cosmetic products and first-class customer service skills are advantageous.
- A recognized beauty-related diploma or certificate is preferred.
- A positive working attitude, passion and a strong sense of responsibility.
