La Mer seeks a dynamic Counter Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates within a prestige beauty retail environment. This first-line management role encompasses full accountability for sales performance, customer relationship management, in-store event execution, and team coaching. The successful candidate will function as the de facto Chief Executive Officer of their counter, creating and executing strategic business plans to drive customer acquisition and retention within a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute strategic business plans focused on customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute impactful in-store events and consumer engagement activities
- Manage customer relationship management systems and programs to cultivate brand loyalty
- Recruit and retain top-performing sales talent and mentor team members toward career progression
- Maintain accountability for counter financial performance, budget management, and resource allocation
- Implement strategic planning and oversee execution of sales and operational objectives
