La Mer seeks a Counter Coordinator (80–100%) for its Globus Bern location, commencing November 2026. The incumbent will deliver exceptional customer service and personalized skincare recommendations, execute product applications according to La Mer protocols, and cultivate long-term client relationships through the brand's exclusive CRM programme. The role emphasizes brand storytelling, product expertise, and consistent engagement with La Mer's philosophy and heritage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised skincare product recommendations
- Execute product applications and consultations in accordance with La Mer treatment protocols
- Embody and communicate La Mer's brand philosophy, mission, and storytelling with customers
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships using the La Mer exclusive CRM programme
- Attend regular internal La Mer training sessions and coaching programmes

Qualifications
