Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy for new product launches and brand campaigns grounded in consumer, category, and competitive analysis
  • Define and execute distribution, promotional, and pricing programs in partnership with Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Global teams to address market-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with Global to establish the annual innovation program encompassing product and conceptual innovations
  • Execute integrated media strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels in coordination with Online Trading, Communications, and Media teams
  • Translate brand and category strategy into effective distribution channels in collaboration with Sales teams to drive positive retail sales trends
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Team to foster professional growth, establish priorities, and uphold performance standards
  • Develop annual consumer trial programs incorporating creative executions, media planning, sampling, and experiential activations
  • Partner with Consumer Insight & Analytics teams to utilize data-driven strategies, social media trends, and consumer behavior analysis to inform marketing initiatives
  • Ensure seamless integration between global campaign frameworks and local market execution, adapting content as appropriate
  • Optimize utilization of global content assets while directing localized creative execution
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize efficient delivery across campaigns and activations
  • Own forecasting and pricing processes using commercial insights to support launch planning, inventory management, and business performance
  • Prepare marketing plans and present objectives to stakeholder teams; lead communication strategies for new product launches
  • Execute all marketing programs to achieve creative, financial, and strategic objectives
  • Ensure omnichannel alignment of paid and organic social, video, and email content
  • Pursue innovation opportunities, including new partnerships and experiential brand activations
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Creative Operations to develop impactful in-store visuals and product launch merchandising
  • Apply CRM insights to implement a data-first approach integrating key business KPIs and consumer trends
  • Support Brand Manager/Marketing Director in preparing budgets across the full marketing cluster to achieve profit and loss objectives
  • Allocate marketing resources effectively to align with retail targets and business goals
  • Review P&L performance with Business Management Group to ensure budget alignment and inform future budget formulation
  • Develop and train the Marketing Team by providing professional development and growth opportunities
  • Foster collaborative team environment to implement marketing programs effectively with national accounts and retailers
  • Liaise with brand teams and centres of excellence to foster integrated approaches to brand activations

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in Marketing, brand, consumer, and product management
  • Proven brand building expertise, ideally across diverse categories, consumer segments, and brand portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of luxury, beauty, or high-profile retail brand environments
  • Track record of success developing marketing strategies and executing impactful campaigns
  • Clear articulation of consumer target definition, emotional and functional needs across global and local stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in leveraging data for strategic brand decisions
  • Comprehensive understanding of beauty consumer behavior, market trends, and category dynamics
  • Ability to craft strategic briefs with precision and provide constructive feedback to creative partners
