La Mer seeks a Beauty Skincare Specialist for the Jurajska Gallery location in Częstochowa to deliver expert product consultation, personalized skincare and makeup advice, and sales expertise in luxury cosmetics. The role combines client relationship management with in-store counter operations, requiring strong passion for prestige beauty trends and proven ability to build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and professional makeup application expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert skincare consultation, makeup application services, and personalized product recommendations to luxury cosmetics clientele
- Execute sales strategies and contribute to achievement of team and counter sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative engagement and follow-up care
- Maintain counter presentation standards and contribute to the salon's visual image and brand positioning
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming retail environment and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury beauty, skincare trends, and cosmetics industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Experience in sales or client-facing retail environments
- Cosmetic training or certification (highly valued)
- Practical expertise in makeup application or completion of professional makeup courses
