La Mer seeks a Beauty Advisor in Hong Kong to sell beauty care treatments, deliver professional treatments and skin analysis, support daily store operations and inventory management, and build customer loyalty through after-sales follow-up. Candidates need at least 1 year of related beauty experience; prestige cosmetics retail experience and first-class customer service skills are advantageous, while a recognized beauty-related diploma or certificates are preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell beauty care treatments and support daily store operations and inventory management.
- Provide professional beauty care treatments and skin analysis according to customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships, follow up on customers’ after-sales experience, and enhance customer loyalty to La Mer.

- At least 1 year of related beauty work experience.
