The Beauty Advisor provides warm, authentic and personalised service to clients, delivers inspiring in-store experiences and supports sales and customer-service objectives while collaborating with the team to uphold store standards. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, authentic and personalised service to clients, achieving sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces clients to products and services suited to their interests and preferences.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Valued: point-of-sale or customer-service experience, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Preferred: experience operating cash registers or point-of-sale software and using Microsoft Office.
