La Mer seeks a Beauty Advisor in Milan to welcome customers, deliver personalized prestige beauty service, meet sales and customer service objectives, and collaborate with the team on visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and temporary, with availability required for weekends, evening shifts and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspiring, informative and unique shopping experience for each customer through enthusiasm for client interaction, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services; cosmetics experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.
