La Mer seeks a Beauty Advisor to drive sales of skincare treatments whilst managing daily store operations and inventory. The role encompasses delivering professional beauty treatments and comprehensive skin analysis tailored to client needs, alongside cultivating enduring customer relationships and enhancing brand loyalty through exceptional post-purchase engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct sales of beauty care treatments and manage daily retail operations and inventory management
- Deliver professional beauty treatments and perform detailed skin analysis according to individual customer requirements
