The Beauty Advisor drives beauty treatment sales, oversees daily store operations and inventory, delivers tailored treatments and skin analysis, and builds customer loyalty through after-sales follow-up. This is a full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of beauty care treatments and manage daily store operations and inventory.
- Provide professional beauty care treatments and skin analysis tailored to customer needs.
- Build customer relationships, follow up on the after-sales experience and strengthen customer loyalty to La Mer.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related beauty experience.
- Retail experience with prestige cosmetics and first-class customer service skills are advantageous.
- A recognized beauty-related diploma or certificate is preferred.
- Positive attitude, passion and a strong sense of responsibility.
