La Mer seeks a knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to drive product sales and manage daily store operations at its Hong Kong Island location. The successful candidate will assess client skincare concerns, deliver expert product consultations, and execute product demonstrations while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role emphasizes building enduring client relationships, tracking post-purchase satisfaction, and cultivating brand loyalty within the prestige beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee product sales, daily store operations, and inventory management to ensure seamless retail execution
- Assess customer skincare needs and deliver professional beauty and skincare consultations with product demonstrations
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up communications
- Monitor and track customer skincare progress and satisfaction to enhance brand loyalty
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in skincare retail or facial treatment services
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for prestige cosmetics and skincare
- Internationally recognized beauty care certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in high-end brand retail environments (preferred)
- Exceptional sales technique and customer service orientation
- Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, and English

Experience
Minimum one year of professional experience in skincare retail, facial treatment services, or prestige beauty retail. Prior exposure to luxury brand retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Internationally recognized beauty care certification preferred; secondary education or equivalent required.
