Maison Krug — Global Education & Training Intern in Paris. 6‑month on‑site internship supporting global learning programmes, e‑learning and audiovisual content.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Education & Training in the development and global deployment of internal and external training programmes.
- Plan and coordinate logistics and retro‑planning for training events (onsite and digital), including immersive sessions for key personnel, bespoke market trainings, professional client workshops and private client experiences.
- Monitor training evaluations and perform analysis of feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (photographers, transport agencies, etc.) and ensure seamless event delivery.
- Contribute to the design, scripting and updating of digital learning content (e‑learning modules, interactive formats) and maintain the existing e‑learning catalogue.
- Participate in audiovisual production activities: support filming and oversee video editing using professional software or AI tools to create pedagogical and communication assets.
- Conduct market and pedagogical trend monitoring to recommend new training methods, digital tools and potential partner organisations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (in progress or recent) in marketing, communication, learning sciences, instructional design or equivalent domain.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Autonomy, intellectual curiosity and capacity to propose creative solutions.
- Strong interest in wines, Champagne and the luxury sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.

Experience
Early‑career candidate; internship or first professional experience in learning & development, communications, events or a related function is expected. Comfortable operating in an international, cross‑market environment and supporting multi‑stakeholder projects.
Education
Master’s level (marketing, communication, learning sciences, instructional design or equivalent).
