Krug — Paris: Global Education and Training Assistant (Internship). Support development and rollout of international learning programmes for the Champagne maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Education & Training in the design, deployment and continuous improvement of internal and external training programmes for international markets.
- Coordinate project plans and logistics for face-to-face and digital training events, including immersive programmes, bespoke market sessions, professional client trainings and private client education experiences.
- Manage supplier relationships and operational follow-up with external providers (photographers, transport agencies, etc.) and ensure post-event evaluation and feedback analysis.
- Contribute to the conception, scripting and structuring of digital learning content (e‑learning modules, interactive resources) and maintain the existing e‑learning catalogue.
- Participate in audiovisual production activities: support shoots and basic video editing workflows using professional or AI-assisted tools for pedagogical and marketing assets.
- Conduct market and pedagogical trend monitoring, identify potential partners and propose innovative learning formats and digital tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, communication, learning sciences, instructional design or a related discipline (or equivalent academic background).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with graphic/video production and e‑learning authoring tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks and deliver with rigour.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset and proven ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Autonomous, curious, solution‑oriented and sensitive to the luxury wines & champagne sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Experience
Open to early-career candidates; designed as a six-month internship for candidates with academic training and/or prior internships in learning & development, communications, marketing or content production. Practical experience in creating digital learning materials or supporting events is advantageous.
Education
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, learning sciences, instructional design or a related field.
