The Education and Training Assistant Intern supports Krug’s international internal and external training programs, coordinating events and logistics, contributing to digital learning content and audiovisual production, and monitoring learning trends. This full-time, six-month internship starts in March 2027 and is based in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines and logistics for in-person and digital training events, including immersive training for key Maison personnel, tailored sessions for international market teams, training for professional clients, and educational experiences for private clients.
  • Track training evaluations and analyze feedback.
  • Manage relationships and follow-up with external providers, including photographers and transport agencies.
  • Contribute to the design and updating of digital training content, including e-learning and interactive modules, in collaboration with the Training Manager and subject-matter experts.
  • Contribute to instructional design and content structure.
  • Manage and continuously improve the existing e-learning offering.
  • Participate in filming and oversee video editing using professional software or artificial intelligence tools to create educational and/or communications materials.
  • Monitor new training methods, digital tools, and learning trends.
  • Help identify potential new partners.
  • Support the international development and rollout of Krug’s internal and external training programs, promoting the Maison’s image and heritage through engaging educational content in coordination with international market teams.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, learning sciences, or an equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with graphic and video production tools and e-learning content production is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities rigorously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team and with international stakeholders.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, and a proactive, ideas-driven approach.
  • Strong interest in the wine and Champagne industry and sensitivity to the luxury sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
