Role & Responsibilities
- Support the continuous improvement team in executing the operational progress plan
- Accompany production teams in deploying 5S culture and continuous improvement practices through field audits and targeted improvement projects
- Facilitate the rollout of digital tools and platforms to enhance operational visibility
- Assess cross-functional departmental needs and recommend enhancements to digital tools to strengthen management dashboards and performance tracking
- Collaborate on the development of an operational excellence toolkit for production managers, ensuring mastery and sustainability of deployed digital and lean tools
Qualifications
- Pursuing an engineering degree with foundational knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated affinity for digital tools and rapid ability to master new software and applications
- Interest in industrial manufacturing, preferably in food and beverage or agro-industrial sectors
- Methodical approach with project management capability
- Self-motivated and collaborative problem-solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills
