This internship with Kilian Paris at Estée Lauder Companies involves supporting end-to-end product development and marketing initiatives for prestige beauty and fragrance collections. The intern will conduct competitive research, manage product mock-ups and samples, coordinate packaging development, support formula evaluations with fragrance houses, and prepare technical documentation. Responsibilities also include quantitative and qualitative product analysis, tracking new launch performance, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Procurement, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive product benchmarking, category mapping, and trend research to support new product concept creation
- Participate in end-to-end development of prestige beauty products from ideation to industrialization
- Prepare creative briefs and manage development of mock-ups in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
- Coordinate packaging development processes including materials selection, format definition, artwork routing, and validation steps
- Support formula development with fragrance partners, tracking submissions and consolidating feedback
- Assist in drafting product specifications, technical briefs, and regulatory documentation
- Monitor project timelines to ensure deliverables meet deadlines for launches, photoshoots, and retailer presentations
- Manage sample ordering, tracking, and preparation for internal reviews, meetings, shoots, and events
- Perform quantitative and qualitative product analyses, tracking sell-in and sell-out performance of new launches
- Support creation of internal and external presentations for program launches and retailer meetings
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams

Previous internship experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Business School or on a gap year.
