Kilian Paris seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store customer experiences, contribute makeup artistry expertise, support store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The full-time role is based at Edgars Mall of Africa; competitive remuneration and a benefits package are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise to serve customers.
- Collaborate with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in South Africa if invited to interview.
