KILIAN PARIS seeks Global Product Development Manager in Paris. Lead fragrance innovation from concept to launch within luxury luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the fragrance portfolio and execute the brand innovation roadmap and 3-year strategic plan
  • Identify market opportunities, consumer needs, and category white spaces to drive product innovation
  • Develop new product concepts and create product briefs aligned with brand positioning, consumer trends, and business objectives
  • Partner with internal teams including Packaging Development, R&D, Procurement, Legal, Planning, Creative, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver successful launches
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, manufacturers, fragrance houses, and creative agencies to develop best-in-class products and experiences
  • Conduct competitive analysis, category reviews, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Consumer Insights teams to leverage qualitative and quantitative research in product development decisions
  • Establish and manage cost objectives to support profitability targets
  • Prepare and deliver innovation, strategy, and product presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Lead and contribute to annual global presentations, Global Roundtables, Brand innovation workshops, and Strategy presentations

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Product Marketing within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury industries
  • Strong knowledge of the fragrance category and luxury consumer landscape
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept through launch
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and consumer-centric product development
  • Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
