Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Global Business Development Assistant to support the International Department for Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. This internship involves analyzing global business performance by region, country, and channel; coordinating product launches across regions; monitoring competitor market penetration; and collaborating with Regional and Global teams on strategic initiatives—including trade calendars, market visits, and the International Seminar.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze global performance by region, country, channel, and product; provide monthly and quarterly reports tracking trends and sales evolution
- Review boutique monthly performance with detailed product-level analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Track new distribution expansion and maintain accurate distribution databases
- Consolidate multi-source data to update and maintain business tracking tools
- Coordinate product launch reporting and review 360° activations across media, PR, events, and visual merchandising
- Monitor competitor distribution expansion and market penetration to provide strategic insights
- Conduct competitor market analyses through store visits and create market intelligence newsletters
- Support regional teams across Europe, Asia, and Americas in business development initiatives aligned with brand strategy
- Assist in creating presentations for regional teams and retailers, including Gravity meetings and business reviews
- Participate in organizing the International Seminar, overseeing logistics and content development
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Knowledge of luxury and niche fragrance markets
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively

Experience
Experience in Business Analysis, Sales, or Marketing is preferred; strong analytical skills and proactivity required.
