Kilian Paris is seeking a Fragrance Consultant to deliver personalized in-store experiences, contribute to store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Applicants with amateur make-up experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise; training and development are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to deliver customer experiences.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Hong Kong if invited to interview.
