Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry to serve customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the United States is required if invited to interview.
