Kilian Paris is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a full-time temporary position at Palacio de Hierro Santa Fe in Mexico City. The role focuses on personalized customer service, sales objectives, inspiring in-store experiences and collaborative teamwork.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers, achieving sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a distinctive and inspiring in-store experience that helps customers discover what best inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances; experience handling cash or using point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
