Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, authentic and personalised service to clients, achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each client discover what inspires and delights them.

- Help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience in point-of-sale/customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale software and using Microsoft Office is preferred.
