Kilian Paris seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised client service, achieve sales and service objectives, create inspiring in-store experiences, and support the store team’s standards. The role is full-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to clients, achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a distinctive and inspiring in-store experience that introduces clients to products and services suited to their interests and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash and using point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
