The Beauty Advisor delivers personalised customer service, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing team at Kilian Paris. The role is full-time (173 hours FTE) and requires flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A retail sales qualification or experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
